Construction Laborer job at Innovex Renovations Asheville, NC, US

Job Description

We’re a local builder hiring a dependable and capable general laborer to join our fantastic team. The work involves site prep, loading, unloading equipment, clearing debris, helping out your team members, and any other tasks needed or directed by the project foreman. Work with your crew through all stages of the project to make sure that the job is done efficiently
Take away any remaining tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean work site
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure you and your team members are free from injury
Be available to help onsite tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed, to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing, and any other aspect of the project
Clear away any trash, debris, or hazardous materials to prep the site before construction begins
Unload and stack all building materials and tools needed for a project so that everything is accessible and easy to find for the project

Qualifications:

Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity
Candidates who have experience using construction equipment such as forklift, power tools, and hand tools highly preferred
This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance
