• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Level I Support, promptly addressing service and problem requests assigned to the Help Desk support queue.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other PC-based devices.
• Collect essential details for ticket resolution and escalate to Level II support when necessary.
• Create and manage user accounts, including onboarding new users and overseeing system privileges.
• Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, such as changing backup tapes and updating software.
• Assist in software quality assurance, testing, and the rollout of new software.
• Contribute to small project tasks, gathering information and facilitating interdepartmental communication.

We are seeking an IT Support I/Helpdesk professional to join our Corporate office located in Imperial, PA. This role involves providing first-level IT support across multiple locations in PA, OH, VA, and FL. You will be part of an on-site IT team dedicated to assisting with initial IT support (Hybrid - following the training period).
