• Established, fee-for-service practice with a strong, local referral base.

• Long-standing community presence since the 1970s with little local competition.

• The current owner plans to continue practicing as long as desired by the new partner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including, but not limited to, dental extractions, implant placement, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma management, and pathology.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and physicians to deliver comprehensive care. • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring clear communication and treatment options.
• Manage patient flow efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of care.

• Participate in practice growth initiatives, including maintaining and building relationships with referring professionals.

• Adhere to the ethical and professional standards of the practice.

• Assist in mentoring and guiding future associates, if applicable, once partnership is achieved.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

• Graduate of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery program.

• Valid state license to practice as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

• Ability to build relationships with patients, team members, and referring professionals.
• Desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.

• Flexible, reliable, and committed to a balanced professional and personal life.
