Location: Austin TX (only Local People)(Remote)

JD:

• 7+ Required Web administration, web design with significant exposure to managing large-scale websites
• 7+ Required Proven experience with Drupal content management system (CMS), including content creation, taxonomy, nav
• 7 Required Strong portfolio of highly complex web design, demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design
• 7 Required principles, front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end integration.
• 7 Required In-depth understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), tools for testing accessibility
• 7 Required Hands-on experience remediating accessibility issues
• 7 Required Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques
• 7 Required Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first strategies.
• 7 Required Ability to translate technical language into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders
• 7 Preferred Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
• 7 Preferred Ability to explain technical issues.
• 7 Preferred Familiarity with preparing user documentation, specification requirements, and UX artifacts
• 7 Preferred Ability to keep up with emerging technologies, trends, and standards
• 7 Preferred Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
